The heat misses you, too. Really, any human body that it can suck the energy out of, and dry up, while simultaneously smothering in a wet fog- it misses.

a friend was thinking she might like to live only in places that have fireflies, until we determined that they really only live places as miserably humid as NY and TX. perhaps it’s just not quite worth it.
