I believe that, when they are asleep, God restores our children to the angelic state that they entered this world in. The slate is wiped clean, so-to-speak, and as parents we are renewed. It’s a blessing to see that you’re enjoying those moments as well!

Erin, if that is true, God does the same thing with my dog. If he weren’t such a cute sleeper, he’d have been pound-bound long ago!

it has sooo much freaking paint on it!!! i wish you guy still lived here so that you could come and look at it and feel the texture on it! how much? i don’t know
