		<description>Well, to ruin any fun of imagination, chances are he got some SPAM mail "sent" by your e-mail address...there is a way to send e-mails by an alias, whether it's their e-mail address or not.

I know it's a crappy explanation. Basically, somebody used a hack (script, backdoor. etc?) to change the "From:" e-mail address in a piece of junk mail. Trust me, I read a How To in a MacAddict (woo hoo).
