we had our childbirth class’s reunion last night. we all shared our birth stories and talked breastfeeding and bathing and sleeping arrangements and vaccines and pediatricians and dealing with non-understanding families and adjusting to life as parents. it was lots of fun. i think we might even try to get together more often - at least the mommies, once every week or two. it was great to see all those healthy babies everywhere, and it seems as though everyone is breastfeeding. it even sounded as though everyone had their struggles with it at times, but managed to work through it, which to us, of course, is awesome. and we got a great picture of alll the babies in attendance propped up on the couch. Ava reached out and grabbed Judah’s hand - it was so cute, they’re friends! i’m looking forward to spending more time with these families. three of the couples didn’t make it.
