(1) I spent an hour yesterday morning online looking for the best deal I could get on the Bible I want. Well, to clarify, the Bible I want doesn’t exist, so I ordered the next best thing. I DID NOT spent $69.99! I found the same Bible for the low low price of $45.49 (with free shipping for orders over $25) on amazon.com. It’s a black, leatherbound, Zondervan NAS Study Bible. And it has maps. I bought my last Bible when I was 11 years old - a teal NIV Student Bible and I even paid to get my name embossed on the cover. Now my Bible is outdated - there have been revisions to the Student Bible since then, teal is no longer a cool color, and my last name is no longer Treadwell. So I will have my new Bible in five to nine business days (you have to wait longer for the free shipping stuff). i just might go get my name embossed.
