I’ve had the biggest blast this week, what with hanging out with Bruce for a couple of days and getting to hang with him, Jessica and the Johns, at a Waco Denny’s. All the fun has made up for the lack of sleep I’m getting. Although I don’t know why Joshua and I make Bruce feel “old.” Of course, I guess we are always the young’uns in the circles we walk. We must just be cool ahead of our time. Yeah, that’s it.
Jessica should be glad she flew into Dallas Wednesday. Thursday afternoon, a man’s bag failed the secondary explosives test at the security checkpoint, and when the scanner turned to confront the man, he had bolted. DFW shut down terminals A, B, and C, for the afternoon, delaying hundreds of flights and thousands of passengers. “Experts” say the backup could slow things down through the weekend. They never found the man or his bag. I think the guy was probably in a hurry and left before he realized he had set off an alarm. Poor bloke probably doesn’t even know it was him.
