So it’s been a

So it’s been a while since my last blog. So long, that my husband has told me it’s about time I started blogging again. I’ve just felt like I don’t have a whole lot of reading-worthy things to say these days. But that happens. Fact is, everybody has something to say — everybody has a story to tell, no matter how mundane we think our (or their) lives may be. I just need to find my voice.

I checked out Taylor’s blog, Joshua’s youngest brother. It’s a bit scary to see how much like his older brother Taylor is. We’re all impressed by him. He’s such a nonconformist that he even uses the word “unconformist” to describe himself. Now that’s true nonconformism, to even alter the word so you don’t conform to the conformist nonconformist masses. Check out his blog, but you have to make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for the self-portrait. As Joshua says, it’s “absolute greatness.”

I’ve learned something this past week: if you’re pregnant and nasueated, you shouldn’t drive from Orlando to Dallas, especially in a Jeep. I am very happy to be home, and to sleep in my own bed. It was a good trip overall to spend with my little sister, not with out the typical sibling fights, of course, but it’s good to work through and come ot understand and appreciate each other better, and good to see friends along the way, who were all gracious enough to put us up. And I really think my belly has grown significantly this past week. Paco even said so. It’s about freaking time, I say. I deserve to have something to show for all the barfing I’ve been doing.
